Team Simoco supply this software to you “as is” and the use of this software is at your own risk. Team Simoco disclaims all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the software, including, but not limited to, viruses, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non‐infringement of proprietary rights.
Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted, timely, or error‐free.
Under no circumstances shall Team Simoco be liable to any user for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, arising from or relating to the use of this software, or user’s use or misuse of the software or any other services provided by Team Simoco.
Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from the use or misuse of the software or any other services supplied by Team Simoco (including such damages incurred by third parties), or errors of the software.
Team Simoco undertakes that software has been fully tested and Team Simoco uses reasonable care to ensure that software products, files, etc are safe to operate when installed according to our manufacturer's installation instructions and that all products are free from any known software virus.
Upgrade instructions are made freely available and cover upgrading software from previous release of software. By downloading this software you are accepting responsible for being fully conversant with its use and accept that you have the necessary skills, experience and training to install and maintain the use of the software in accordance with its purpose.
If you are downloading software from this site Team Simoco has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, upgrades, modifications, or new releases of this product free of charge unless such support services have been procured from Team Simoco and therefore you shall be automatically entitled to receive support for this product, subject to the terms of the applicable Service Level Agreement.
