The PRN4004 is an advanced signal voting and Quasi
Sync system. It selects the best-received signal
from the connected remote site transceivers and
presents this to the operator at the control position.
A typical application would be one of where a
Wide Area Coverage (WAC) system is required by
a customer or where radio frequencies are limited.
The MDV1200 voter is an alternative to the PRN4004.
It is typically used on larger systems as it can
support a maximum of 15 sites and features M80,
FSK & FFSK signalling.
